Folks who don't want to line up can place their pre-order for the smartphone which is going for $199.99 after a $70 mail-in rebate and signing up for a new two-year customer agreement online. This 3G world phone allows users to make phone calls in over 200 countries, alongside email and Internet access throughout 175 countries where Verizon Wireless offers data roaming services.
