One of the gripes that first generation iPhone users have is the relatively short battery life, but fret not - there are tons of third party battery packs available, and the Ion from FSP is the latest in a long line. $29.99 will net you 1,500mAh of juice, where it comes with a universal USB adapter that allows any USB-charging device to charge up, alongside a special adapter meant for the iPhone and ipod. The battery is good for approximately 500 charges before its performance starts to drop, and being small and light does help it to be a convenient way of toting around extra juice without getting bogged down on your travels.
