HP Releases Quartet Of New Desktops

HP is on a roll at the moment having announced four more desktops to join its lineup to keep folks who are looking for a new desktop purchase happy. First of all we have the Pavilion Slimline s5000 that starts at a mere $289, powered by an AMD LE1600 processor, 2GB RAM, a 320GB hard drive, a 6-in-1 media card reader and a dminutive case. Up next is the Pavilion p6000 which is rather similar in specifications, hence the $269 price point. As for those with bigger budgets, the $599 plus Pavilion Elite e9000 will come with a larger chassis to house a faster processor, more memory (up to 4GB RAM), a 500GB hard drive, a 512MB NVIDIA GeForce G210 graphics card and a 15-in-1 card reader. Last but not least would be the $379 Compaq Presario CQ5000 that is pretty decent with its Athlon X2 7550 2.5GHz processor, 3GB RAM, an NVIDIA GeForce 6150 SE graphics card and a 320GB hard drive.
