Olympus E-P1 Micro Four Thirds Now Out
Posted on Jun 16, 09 09:26 AM PDT

We knew that this was to be released, and here it is - the Olympus E-P1 Micro Four Thirds fully and officially revealed. Just as expected, this shooter comes with a 12.3-megapixel Live MOS sensor, encased in a very retro (and yet strangely appealing) case, accompanied by in-body image stabilization, a 3" LCD display, a dust reduction system as well as 19 automatic scene modes to get you started. Oh yeah, despite the rather hefty price tag of $899 (with lens), it will also feature HD video recording in 720p/30fps, accompanied by a HDMI TV-out for direct playback.
