For those who have been wondering at just what the performance figures are like for a 2TB PCI Express SSD drive with internal RAID, well, this new model from SuperTalent is able to hit a whopping 1.5GB/s! Now how about that for performance. Unfortunately, we can't expect this sort of speed to come in a 2.5" just yet, but it does bode well for the future. Priced at approximately $6,000, this mighty expensive SSD is able to double up as a boot device.
