Check out the Via Amos 3000 - this is a fanless computer that won't mind sitting in the palm of your hands comfortably, leaving room to spare as well. It is roughly half the size of the Mac mini, being powered by a 500MHz processor while being armed with VESA mounting tracks, enabling you to just about screw it to the back of most generic monitors.
