Nissan has thrown in a trio of new functions to its parking assistance system known as "Around View Monitor", and will include it in its latest model - the Skyline Crossover that is touted to be released this coming July 13th in Japan. Among the three would be the "parking guide function" that advises the driver of parking procedures with visual images and voices, the "front/rear wide view function" which offers a 180° view from both the front and rear ends of the vehicle, while the "navigation-linked front wide view function" will automatically show a 180° view from the front end of the vehicle at locations registered on the navigation map. No idea whether anyone will screw up their parking with such a system in the future.
