Airis Praxis Slim Air
Posted on Sep 28, 09 10:22 AM PDT

Looks like the Airis Praxis Slim Air has gone to the fat house lately, where it comes in an extremely slim form factor while carrying netbook level specifications within, including a 12" display at 1,366 x 768 resolution, 1GB RAM, a 160GB hard drive and the standard Intel Atom 1.6GHz processor. Apart from that, you will also find your computing experience enhanced by a couple of USB 2.0 ports, Wi-Fi connectivity, HDMI support nad a 1.3-megapixel webcam. Those who are more adventurous can try Windows Vista, Windows 7 or Linux on this, but otherwise you might want to stick to the tried and tested Windows XP operating instead. Out later this October for €399, something this slim surely won't have a huge battery, hence a maximum working time of just 3 hours.
