Averatec Buddy HS-102 netbook
Posted on Sep 13, 09 09:04 PM PDT

The Averatec Buddy HS-102 netbook further enlarges the Buddy line, where you won't find anything out of the ordinary - or rather, different underneath the hood as it will still be powered by the same Intel Atom N270 1.6GHz processor, accompanied by 1GB RAM, a 160GB hard drive, Wi-F-n connectivity, a 1.3-megapixel camera and a 10.1" LCD display at 1,024 x 600 resolution. Running on Windows XP Home Edition, you will be able to choose from 3- or 6-cell battery options. Out in Korea, it might not even make it elsewhere. To get an idea of how much it costs, the first generation Averatec Buddy HS-103 was selling for $385 thereabouts in the US.
