Motorola MC9500 smartphone
Posted on Sep 16, 09 08:02 AM PDT

The latest Windows Mobile-powered smartphone from Motorola is the MC9500, where this one not only gets you talking and productive, it also works well in tough industrial situations. Ideal for one-handed use, the MC9500 also boasts an accelerometer which comes in handy especially when you tip the device towards a delivery customer, where the screen will flip around for proper signing. Charging for the MC9500 requires more fanfare than usual, since it hooks up into a modular, “form factor agnostic” charging system that boasts LED indicators on the huge 4800 mAh batteries to indicate the current level of juice the batteries possess. Other features include a 3-megapixel camera, EV-DO and HSPA modules, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity, a generous 3.7? 640 x 480 display and general, all-round toughness that are aligned with military-grade ruggedness.
