MyOwnRealEstate turns anyone into a property management company

MyOwnRealEstate's stated goal is to democratize property management. The solution includes bookkeeping, management aids, query and print, listing service, free documents and... online property management. The service connects landlord and renters in a way that was only accessible to large property management companies before. The company's reasoning is simple: there are 12 million rental units that are owned by private investors that could use MyOwnRealEstate's help to make more profits.
