BlackBerry Storm 2 highlights: tactile feedback and WIFI

According to Verizon's CEO, the BlackBerry Storm 2 main strength resides in its tactile feedback, and of course WIFI. That falls a bit short of our hopes for a faster user-interface and graphics performance in general, which was one of the main turn off for the original BlackBerry Storm. Tactile feedback from the touch display is interesting, we tried it with the Samsung OMNIA and the Nokia N97, but the fact is that it doesn't help that much. To type faster, you really need a tactile feedback *before* pressing the button, not *after*. Here, the feedback does little more than replacing a "beep". If that's all the Storm 2 has to wow the crowds, it's not going to be pretty. WIFI is a welcome addition - that should have been there all along.
