Samsung Story Station consumes little power in idle state

If you have an external drive that is used only for backup, it is "on" but inactive most of the time. Samsung made sure that its drive consumes 95% less power while in idle mode, which is a really good idea. Besides that main feature, the story station comes with backup and encryption software to keep your data safe. It will be available early next month.
