Sony PS3 tops sales charts

For home console sales in the US, of course, as it narrowly lost to the nigh formidable Nintendo DS by a narrow margin, moving 491,800 PS3s last month thanks to a price drop and a rejuvenated form factor, edging out Nintendo's Wii that stood at 462,800 units with Microsoft's Xbox 360 lagging behind at 352,600 units. Do you think that this sales figure will taper off in the coming months, or will it be maintained at the current rate for a long time to come, helping vindicate the folks at Sony that the PS3 will bring 4D gaming to the masses?
