Kindle Criticized By The Blind

While Kindle is gaining more and more acceptance all over the place, it isn’t without its own problems. One of the problems Kindle is facing is that accessing the audiobook function rather difficult for the visually impaired, mainly because the function is buried rather deep into the system, meaning you’ll need someone with proper vision to activate it. Of course, if it’s a software issue, it shouldn’t be too hard for Amazon to fix, and hopefully they’ll sort this issue out, sooner rather than later. After all, doing so would only help the Kindle dominate the ebook scene even more. That being said, we do have to keep in mind that the Kindle probably wasn't designed with the visually impaired as the main target audience, unlike the Intel Reader.
