Malwares can use your computer to store child pornography

The malwares and viruses that used to delete your data and steal your financial information now uses your computer as "cloud storage" for pedophiles. Given that law enforcement seem to rely mainly on "where" they child porn is found, victims could be in for a world of hurt. You would think that the police would be able to tell if you're a victim or not, but it would be naive to count on it. As you can guess, actual pedophiles often say that they are victims themselves, making it harder for investigators to tell who's who. We're not even talking about cases where porn images are deposited intentionally to frame someone. The bottom-line is: computer security should matters to everyone. [via abcnews, gizmodo]
