Posted on Nov 17, 09 05:04 AM PDT

MSI has released what it deems to be the first video card series in the world that supports over voltage function, allowing the user to adjust the voltage as well as overclocking configurations through its Afterburner overclocking software that is touted to increase the GPU clock by up to a phenomenal 30% with little negative repercussions. This is made possible thanks to an advanced 40nm GPU, where it supports the DirectX 10.1 gaming standard accompanied by native HDMI output. In addition, the MSI N240GT-MD512-OC/D5 will rely on uber fast 512MB GDDR5 graphic memory that ought to keep any hardcore gamers happy.
