Orange Tabbee Internet tablet spotted

Yet another Internet tablet has made a splash - this time round it is the Orange Tabbee (manufactured by Sagem) that sports a 7" WVGA touchscreen display, powered by a Linux-based operating system alongside an unspecified ARM processor. Other specifications comprise of a 3-hour battery life, Wi-Fi connectivity, an SD memory card slot, USB 2.0 support, 2W stereo speakers as well as software support that comprises of a wide range of widgets for various services including weather, news, TV guide, shopping, email, Twitter and even YouTube. Sounds like this comes with everything but the kitchen sink! Apart from that, Web surfing ought to be a snap with Flash 9 compatibility thrown in. The Orange Tabbee will be available in France only, retailing for €249.
