iWonder $100 Tablet Powered by Marvell

[MWC 2010 Mobile Focus] Foxconn, a powerful Taiwanese contract manufacturer, is set to debut a $100 Android tablet in China. Of course, $100 is incredibly cheap and at that price you can’t expect to have a build quality comparable to an iPad: The device is made of cheap plastic, and the 800x600 (I’m eyeballing here) display is a little fuzzy, but it runs Android apps. I was not able to test the web browsing because there was no internet connection, so I would stay cautious until I can actually see at least what browsing looks like. That said, for $100, it’s so cheap that some would just buy one to see how it’s like. The Tablet was demonstrated by Marvell, the company behind the Tablet’s processor. My take is that if someone can turn this into a fancy remote, I might pay for that.
