Lufthansa Offers Engineer Who Lost The iPhone 4G A Free Ticket To Germany

Looks like being famous does have its uses. Gray Powell, the engineer who lost a prototype of the upcoming iPhone 4G, might be in hot soup with Apple, but that doesn’t mean he isn’t welcome elsewhere. In a Twitter post, Nicola Lange, Lufthansa’s director of marketing and customer relations for the Americas, has offered Gray Powell free business class tickets to Munich, which isan obvious reference to the fact that the phone was lost at a German beer bar in California. Seems like a great PR stunt, no?
