Sony Ericsson Android-powered Walkman Phone This Month?

Sony’s Walkman brand is always something that folks will relate to music, and there is a certain attraction to the brand. Now word is going around that Sony is thinking of reviving the Walkman brandin its cell phones by coming out with a Walkman-branded Android cell phone later this month. Details on the device are still sketchy at the moment, but the rumors suggest that it could resemble the Xperia X10 Mini, sporting a 2.6-inch touchscreen display, 5.1-megapixel camera without LED flash, changeable covers, Android 1.6/2.1 and a rather good Walkman software. Sounds pretty much like your standard Android-powered phone with a good media player app preinstalled, after all, software plays such an important part in the success of devices nowadays.
