Nokia's 8800 Arte Pink will definitely cost you a handsome amount - approximately one week's wages for a top soccer player like David Beckham or Cristiano Ronaldo, retailing for €85,000. Who else but Peter Aloisson has the audicity to come up with such an extravagant design, boasting 680 white and pink glistening diamonds in addition to coating the entire handset in gold? Strange to see how lopsided the world has ended economically, with the rich being filthy rich while the middle class and poor suffer as they try to figure out how to get by the month without missing meals or skipping a mortgage payment. Underneath the diamond studded exterior lies standard Nokia 8800 specifications.

Mobiado, already churning out some pretty luxurious handsets in the past, has the Professional 105 GCB decked out in a frame finished with 5 micron thick 24-karat gold plating. Heck, even the screws on this thing are pretty valuable, being made out of gold plated brass. 24-karat gold replaces the keypad buttons, and are hand-painted onto all the buttons. Specifications include a 2 megapixel camera, over 1GB of internal memory (can't they be more specific), a tiny 2" display at 16 million colors, integrated audio playback and Bluetooth connectivity. No word on pricing, but cheap ain't what I'm looking for.

While everyone is waiting for the upcoming HP Blackbird 002, the Voodoo brand releases this interesting looking desktop: the Omen is a PC built to obtain the best possible quiet cooling. The motherboard is rotated by 90 degrees (watch our hands-on photo gallery), which means that the hot air can flow upwards in-between PC cards – which is a more natural way to use convection. If you wonder, the connectors are located just below the removable top panel.
The second thing that is quite obvious is that this PC has a 7” display integrated in the chassis. It is meant to be a secondary display that shows various information. It has been confirmed to us that this display work like a “normal” secondary monitor in Windows – no special magic required.
As it is the case with all high-end systems, there is no need for tools to open it, and everything from the cooling to the top-loading cables and paint will scream “quality”. Aimed at rich “enthusiast” users, the price will make most wallets catch fire: $6,000 to $20,000.

If you're hankering after the Christian Dior handset known as "My Dior", I'm pleased to announce that those who have a six-digit savings in their bank account can apply while the rest of us working class people will look forward to a 3G iPhone as the epitome of luxury handsets. The My Dior clamshell will feature two versions, sharing the same 2.6" touch screen display and 2 megapixel camera. The difference between the two models on offer are the amount of bling on them - the higher-end model is dressed in crocodile skin and adorned with 640 Swarovski crystals which total up to 3,251 carats, touching the sky high price of $26,000 while the lower end vanilla model is a (relatively) cheaper handset to pick up for $5,000 a pop.

Klipsch is more well known for its speakers than headphones, but the Image X5 headphones are certainly worth a look. Coming in a silver coating, you apparently get the same great sounds that reflect its pedigree, along with comfortable inside-the-ear-canal style earbuds. The Image X5 will retail for $250 a pop and will be available later this June, and according to Klipsch these puppies will sound better than the X10 model where high frequencies are concerned, although the lower price point sacrifices the bass quality by some margin.

Guess Dunhill also wants in on the technological game as it has even come up with a USB flash drive sporting the Dunhill brand. You do get an old school charm with this, but the asking price of $350 just ain't worth the brand. I wonder if the folks at Dunhill actually realize that it is plain daylight robbery to charge that much in return for 1GB of storage space - then again, Dunhill products aren't exactly the cheapest in the world so that could be a very good reason why they're out of touch with reality.

A supernova is definitely a sight to behold, but I don't think Nokia did a very good job with the S40-powered 7510 and 7610. The former is an auto-opening clamshell handset while the latter comes in a slider form factor, aiming to bring together both form and function into a single device pretty much like how Nokia's previous efforts with the L’Amour was like. The Nokia 7610 is clearly the superior handset among the two once you check out their respective specifications after the jump.

Gresso's a name associated with high end bling cell phones, and the Avantgarde White Diamonds is no different, featuring the following :-
<.br>
- Triband GSM support
- 65K color QVGA display
- microSD memory card slot
- 2 megapixel camera
- Windows Mobile 6 Standard OS
- 119.5mm x 48mm x 14 mm
The body panels are all hand-assembled, while the body itself uses 200-year old African blackwood (guess they must have a pretty big stockpile of such material) for that added touch of elegance. It has a 42k sapphire crystal glass for a display along with laser cut 18k gold keys for an added touch of bling. The Gresso Royal White Diamonds will retail for 33,000 Euros while the Gresso White Diamond handset is a (relative) bargain at 9,000 Euros. Definitely not a phone I'd love to lose.

If you think that your range of gizmos are just too bland for your tastes even after getting special limited editions, why not turn to Gilty Couture for help? This unique designer house even has a special line of luxury iPod cases, where among them rely on 14k gold, silver as well as Swarovski crystals to get dressed up. These cases work just fine with all current generation of iPods, and is backwards compatible with the iPhone, iPod touch and the 2G Shuffle. The cases will probably cost more than your iPod though - take for example a silver case for the Shuffle that goes to the tune of $69.99.

Ego Lifestyle certainly knows how to turn on the bling with its new range of Swarovski crystal-studded Galaxy Collection, boasting a quartet of editions that ought to suit just about any fancy (although matching your bank account to its price tag is another problem altogether). The four editions are Ego, Personal, Diamond and Limited, where the last of them all features notebooks "blinged up" by Dani Bles and Ego for the Jackie Summer Fair. You will find a healthy mix of gold, silver and bronze leather covers that accompany each notebook, adorned with three witty sayings - “She’s pretty, but not perfect”, “She’s sexy, but in control.” and “She’s International and on the run.” I'd settle for function over form any day, but it would be nice to see a perfect balance achieved.

Walt Disney and Sharp have collaborated together to give birth to the DM002SH handset this coming June 7th. Since it has the House of Mouse's magical touch, you can also expect themes from its many franchises to adorn the handset, among them a Cinderella theme with Disney Mobility service that will be available with Softbank in Japan. Features include :-
- 2.6" internal 400 x 240 resolution display
- 0.5" OLED external display
- 50MB internal memory
- 2 megapixel camera
- Bluetooth connectivity
- microSD memory card slot
- 1-Seg TV Tuner
No idea on how much this clamshell handset costs, but you will be able to choose from Clear Crystal, Brown Topaz, and Pink Diamond models.

If you happen to have a virtually bottomless bank account, then the Lusso turntable is definitely a candidate that will scream for your money. With prices starting from $47,000 upwards, this turntable features a combination of black circular rings with silverish aluminum backdrop that will definitely bring an added touch of elegance to any room. Germans are extremely precise people, so it is no surprise that one can expect audio perfection from the Lusso turntable (especially after forking out such a huge amount for it!), featuring three height adjustable connected cones made from alternate layers of aluminum and black acrylic. As for the central inverted cone, it is there to support the aluminum and acrylic platter.

Guess the Christian Dior handset is not all hot air, as it is set for an official announcement pretty soon. Manufactured by French designer phone specialist Modelabs, this designer handset will retail between $3,500 to $5,000, with the possibility of even passing the higher mark should you decide to settle for real diamonds instead of the much cheaper alternative consisting of Swarovski crystals. This phone will function worldwide save for Japan and Korea, which points toward a GSM handset with the high probability of 3G connectivity being included. Other features include a touch screen display, a digital camera as well as custom graphics and wallpapers that will appeal to the snob in you.
