Mpx200.org has the complete review of this PCMCIA EDGE/GPRS card. You can read the actual review, but the bottom line is that this is an interresting solution, if you think that you can do with speeds of 100-200 Kbps, (in theory, this could go up to 384Kbps). You will need to be connected on an EDGE (Enhanced Data rates for GSM Evolution )network which, I think, only AT&T has for now (in the U.S). For $80/month (the card itself retails for $250), I think that I'll pass for the moment, but if you can justify it, this seems interresting.
