Motorola A630 to be available very soon?

After a rebate form was spotted on Amazon.com, the rumour is on the street that the Motorola A630 will be for sale soon. If you look at the rebate form, you will see that the rebate effective date is 9/23/04 to 10/06/04. The issue is: the A630 is nowhere to be seen.
