Orange is launching Push-to-Talk for the Treo 600 in Europe

Orange has announced "Talk Now", the first advanced push-to-talk service in Europe. This is going to give customers the ability to have instant one-to-one or one-to-group voice communication. It works like an Uber Walkie-Talkie. It is possible to create groups of users and each user can setup his or her phone to be reachable by Talk Now, or not. An icon on the Talk Now capable phone will show who's availlable and who isn't. Too bad that Cingular does not have this feature, I would love to try it. I can wait to get rid of my FRS Radios.
