Samsung SPH-V5400 Cellphone with a 1.5GB hard drive

The first pictures of the SPH-V5400 are popping up on the web. This is the first cellphone that features a hard drive. The storage capacity is 1.5GB, which is quite amazing. The significance of this phone is that we have reached a point where those hard drives are small enough and low-power enough to be practically used in a cellphone. Other than that, the SPH-V5400 also has a cool Organic LED (OLED) screen, with a 128x128 resolution (I believe that's for the external screen).
