Sharp's Mebius PC for the living room

The DVD player on the left looks like any other player, right? It's in fact a PC with a DVD burner, a 250GB hard drive, powered by a celeron 2.66ghz. The screen is a 26" LCD monitor.

But... Why didn't they install Windows Media Center on it ?!
