T-mobile SDA will be the cheapest MS Smartphone ever

The T-mobile SDA is in fact the Qtek 8020 mentionned on this site on aug 30. SDA stands for "Smartphone Digital Assistant". MsMobile is saying that the device will be sold for 269.95 Euros *without* subcription. That means that it could be practically free *with* a subscription.
