Jet Engine technology… in your gizmos

The single biggest issue that “mobile computing” faces today is power-consumption.

In the future this problem could be less of an issue with this new dime-size engine that could power electronics for longer periods of time.

The pentagon is already all over it, because the soldiers are currently carrying heavy batteries.

However, the technology is not without problems. Having an engine running at 1 million RPM per minute in your pocket might create safety issues.
