The only portion of the population still untapped by mobile communications is the 65+ group.
But are the phone makers ready? Not really. Between incomprehensible service contracts and phone that are not loud enough and too hard to use, people over 65 are not using their phones that much.
Phone companies are developing phones targeted to this market, thus imitating countries like Japan or Korea.
