Apple showed their next OS X revision to developers at the Mac OS X conference.

Highlights:
• Core Video will support QuickTime H.264/AVC (video)
• Spotlight: a system search, similar to Google Desktop
• RSS for Safari Web Browser (Really Simple Syndication)
• Automator, a “Personal Automation Assistant” that makes complex and repetitive tasks easy to do

Software Developers will have to learn many new aspects of the system before creating content for the new OS X “Tiger” platform.
