The Sharp Muramasa CV-50F is in fact an ultra-small sub-notebook. It’s only twice the size of a Sharp Zaurus PDA. For a full featured PC, it’s just fantastic.
It is powered by a Transmetta Efficeon TM8600 1Ghz Processor and runs Windows XP.

The Sharp Muramasa CV-50F is really an exceptional piece of high-tech. It has now officially displaced the very cool Sony X505 in my list of things to buy.
The most innovative feature in my opinion is the Direct HD. It’s pretty simple: even when the laptop is turned-off, you can use its internal hard disk as an external drive for your desktop PC! Yes, the Sharp Muramasa CV-50F basically acts as a USB 2.0 External Hard Drive. That is cool.
