Just 4 days after we showed you the glorious Sharp Zaurus SL-C3000, Sharp announces that it will pull its Zaurus line of PDAs (Personal Digital Assistant) from the U.S market.

The company will continue to support existing customers and will sell the remaining inventories of Zaurus SL-6000 PDAs.

Sharp follows a move started by Sony, which has decided to pull its Clie line of PDAs from the U.S Market.

Handheld makers have been hit hard in recent years, due to the combination of the bad economy and the rise of more powerful phones.
