For those traveling to Washington DC, there is a new service called “AirVideo” that can send traffic photos to cell phones.

It is basically linking a network of 300 cameras to your cell phone. Choose which group of camera you want to get images from, and get the data in real time.

I wonder how fast that is, though, especially if one tries to follow several cameras.
