Designed by Peter Abolfathi, a PhD student at the Quadriplegic Hand Research Unit at the Royal North Shore Hospital, this rehabilitation glove powered by artificial muscles will help people with permanent hand movement loss to perform basic functions.

The invention has won the British Council Eureka.
