Siemens and Skype combine to offer Internet telephony

“Skype announced today that its free software is now available for the recently launched Siemens Gigaset DECT cordless phones. Just connect the Gigaset M34 USB to your computer. It will pass the telephone signals from the Internet on to the Siemens cordless phones.” (slashphone)

The Gigaset M34 USB adapter works with the following Siemens Gigaset phones: C340/345, CX340/345isdn, S440/445, SX440/445isdn, S645 and SL440.
