If you thought that aluminum was cool, think again, carbon fiber is in town. VoodooPC is now selling the M:50, a “thin and light” laptop that weighs a mere 3.4 pounds (with battery).
The highest end configuration has a Pentium-M 2.0Ghz, 756MB of RAM, 100GB of hard disk space.
The screen is a 12″ XGA LCD (1024×768 pixels) and the laptop can connect wirelessly using WiFi “G”.
Check-out the full specs on the VoodooPC website.
Note that this is not the first time that a carbon fiber PC is made. Sony, among others, made some as well.
However, it is still relatively rare.
