Apple sues to stop product leaks

Apple is starting a lawsuit to stem the leaking of information about its upcoming products. They do not know the “true names or capacities, whether individual, associate, corporate or otherwise,” of the defendants.

Apple is very secretive about their future product and this is understandable, as most of their added-value is in their design. It would be a major loss of competitiveness if the information was leaked months in advance.

Highly anticipated products range from the iPod flash to the mythical iPhone.
