Topless teen sues over ´The Guy Game´

Take Two, the publisher of Gran Theft Auto is being sued by a teenager whose topless photo made it into the game. She was 17 when the photo was taken (last year).

The game is a blend of “Girls Gone Wild” and Strip Poker. It consists of trivia questions that, if answered correctly, give access to topless photos or videos of women.

The lawsuit says the 17-year-old did not give a “valid or enforceable consent or release” for her photo to be used. The photos were apparently taken during the ‘spring break’.
