All the components are enclosed in a black and silver classy small case. This would be a very good entertainment system, if you can plug-in a TV-Tuner and a Personal Video Recorder application. 7.1 Audio is supported. The manufacturer claims that this computer is “silent”, but in my experience, the Shuttle boxes are louder than I would like for a Living Room PC. There are at least two fans (processor and power-supply) and I don’t even mention a possible noisy CDROM. These are fantastic machines, but be aware that your definition of “silent” might no be theirs… |
