People who are victims of phising might just get a “sorry” from their bank. In U.K, The Association for Payment Clearing Services is arguing that banks were not insured against such losses.

Others are saying that it’s up to the banks and the e-commerce companies to provide proper security: “Banks and other e-commerce sites must take more responsibility for providing their online customers with adequate security.” (Tim Pickard – RSA Security).

In the end, you might very well pay for the fraud, so be careful.
