This Bodybugg armband will tell you how much calories you have burned with a surprising accuracy (they claim).
It works by measuring a bunch of stuff like body temperature, heat flux, and sweat rate among others, to compute the calories that you consume. A food journal will compute how much calories that are coming in. From there it can compute how much you’ve lost (or gained).
The gizmo connect to the PC via USB.
