The Pioneer DV-585A is a DVD player that can also play DivX files and read Dual-Layer writable media (woohoo, double the capacity). Obviously, it also plays audio DVD discs, MP3, WMA and JPEG files. It is priced at around 160 Euros, which I think would be expensive, if it does not output at a resolution of 720p with a good image up scaling. There are much cheaper DivX DVD Players, such as the Philips DVP 642 that retails for about $70. (Pioneer Jpn via Akihabara News)
