
The upcoming Pocket LOOX N500 and N520 are just half of the upcoming products from Fujitsu-Siemens’ line of next-gen Pocket PCs. The N500 comes with 64MB RAM, 64MB ROM, GPS, while the N520 has 64MB RAM, 128MB ROM, GPS, and WiFi connectivity. Both models will be released at the end of next month. Interestingly, the integrated GPS is based on the SiRFstar III chipset and includes an integrated antenna with the option to attach an external one. Both PDAs will run on Windows Mobile 5.0.
