
A subsidiary of LG will be the first company to put a consumer fuel cell power source for laptops on the market. The unit is quite large, but it provides 10 hours of battery life, which is probably enough for it to find a niche. Each methanol cartridge is set to cost $1 and the base unit will cost around $500.
