Sanyo will make its debut in the MP3 player market this October with a 3 model lineup. The DMP-M700 and M600 come in 1GB and 512MB capacities. The former is presented in 2 colors while the latter will come in 5 colors. They both have a battery life of 10 hours, USB 2.0 connectivity, measure 15.6 x 87 x 15.6mm and weigh 23g only. The larger HDP-M3000 has a 6GB HDD, and a FM tuner that allows direct MP3 encode. Its dimensions are 51.7 x 89.2 x 19.5mm, weighing 87g and provides an battery life of 12 hours.
