IT168.com has scored the latest Sony Ericsson W900i photos and some unofficial specs. The W900i would be a 2nd generation Sony Walkman-brand cellphone. It resembles the SE S700 flip phone, not the SE W800 (W is for Walkman, obviously). In the photo we see that this W900i inherits the color scheme of the first Walkman phone and that there’s a 1.5″ screen and music controls on the front side. Songs can be copied over USB 2.0 (specs after the jump).

Update: it’s a (nice) hoax.

A big improvement seems to be the 300MB built-in memory for all your MP3s and 2MP photos; if you need more storage, there is also a Memory Stick Duo Pro slot on the right side of the phone. Our guess is that you don’t need to take out the battery cover to reach the slot. The W900i will have EDGE, USB, Bluetooth 1.2 with stereo headphone profile, something that the W800i lacks.
