Treo users who have had it with nagging issues with both the Treo 600 and Treo 650 have filed a class action suit in Santa Clara, California against Palm. They claim that Palm misled the public into purchasing both devices thinking that they were defect-free, quick, dependable, and reliable hand-held organizers and cell phones of excellent workmanship – when actual usage experience showed otherwise. The suit aims to seek replacements of defective Treos with a perfectly new unit or a full refund, including the legal bill.
