Sykpe, the Luxembourg-based Net telephony company forms a partnership with consumer electronics chain giant RadioShack. This move is seen as an attempt by Skype to introduce VoIP services to mainstream America. VoIP services are popular with tech enthusiasts as phone calls are virtually free, while calls across the globe will cost you a pittance when compared to traditional landed line services.
