The $249 Plantronics Pulsar 590A features the Advanced Audio Distribution Profile (A2DP) that enables stereo sound to be transmitted to your headset via a Bluetooth link. Pairing the Pulsar 590A with a cell phone is painless, and the stereo sound experience for MP3 playback is above average. You could be fooled into thinking that you were actually using a pair of traditional headphones! Too bad you’ll need to charge it frequently and its poor aesthetics could cause sales to be sluggish.
